Turkish carrot salad

4-5 grated carrots, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 150 gr greek yoghurt, a clove of garlic, salt, pepper, sumac

Fry the grated carrots in oil about 10 minutes and then mix with the greek yogurt, a clove of chopped garlic, salt, pepper and a little sumac. 

Easy peasy and soo tasty....
