Lay a clean kitchen towel on the table and sprinkle flour on it. Place pastry sheet on the towel and leave it to defrost completely. Cut the mushrooms and the ham into cubes. Put them in a bowl and add bits of tomato, onion, cheese and cream. Mix thoroughly. Season the mixture obtained with a little salt, pepper and pesto and spread it on the pastry.
